Transport

Grab offers various transport services, from renting out a taxi to booking yourself a private car. 

Grab Taxi

If you want a solo ride or are in a hurry to catch a flight or a meeting, Grab Taxi is the best solution for you. You can book a ride using the GrabTaxi App and the vehicle will show up for you exactly in your pinned location. 

Through this App, you can track the driver’s details, location, and the estimated arrival time of your ride with affordable and reasonable charge rates. One of the best features of the App is that it has a tracking device where you can share your location with your family or friends. 

Grab Taxi is available in these areas:  Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Bacolod City, and Baguio City, and continues to expand its service.

GrabCar

A private car that can be rented is perfect for attending big events – a chauffeur style of transport service that allows you to choose from premium luxury cars that match your preference and the special events or business meetings you will attend.

Grab Share

Booking for a GrabTaxi or a private car may not always be affordable for many. For this reason, Grab Share offers those who still wish to travel with comfort at a more comfortable rate. Grab Share is essentially a carpooling service or sharing a ride with another passenger with the same destination as yours with the advantage of reaching your destination hassle-free, a comfortable ride, and 40% lower fare than booking GrabCar.

Other Transport Services

There are other transport services available at the Grab App. For example, GrabFamily is a perfect ride for the whole family, suitable for children ages 1-12 equipped with car seats for children’s convenience. But, unfortunately, it is only available around Metro-Manila.  

GrabPet

It is available to all fur parents who wish to travel with their fur babies. Grab offers customer-friendly transport services that you and your pet may avail with a maximum of four passengers and two pets. Please refer to Grab’s App or their website for detailed height requirements.

Food Delivery 

GrabFood

GrabFood is probably the most used App of Grab because Filipinos are certified ‘foodies’. Therefore, the GrabFood delivery service is perfect for those who do not have food to cook for dinner or need a quick lunch in the office and even for small parties at home. It is available 24 /7 within Metro Manila and selected areas in Rizal and Cebu.

GrabFood service in Cavite and Laguna is only available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. For Pampanga, GrabFood service is only from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Note: Restaurants have their own operating hours, which you can see in the App. If a particular restaurant is not available for delivery, you’ll see that it’s listed as Closed or Unavailable and will be grayed out on the list.

GrabMart

Sometimes, we get caught up with household chores or need to be in the office for extended hours, and these make running your errands to a Grocery store impossible to do. GrabMart can help in buying your necessities or even healthcare, beauty products, etc. Just book an order at the GrabMart app, and your ordered items will be delivered to your doorstep within an hour. 

GrabExpress

The premium delivery service of your documents, packages or gifts are available within Metro Manila and Cebu City only. Unlike other courier companies that require you to drop off your parcel at their physical store, GrabExpress allows you to set your parcels pick up point and drop-off point, and all transactions will be accomplished through the Grab app. It also has a tracking feature where you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

GrabPay

GrabPay is an E-Wallet (Electronic Wallet) that you can pay for all your Grab transactions. Just like any other E-Wallet, you have to cash in your GrabPay account using different methods: through banks or through different stores that offer Grab cash in. It is also possible by using your Debit or Credit card or using a linked bank account. In addition, for every GrabPay transaction, you can earn a corresponding GrabRewards point that you can use on all Grab’s special deals. 

GrabRewards

Grab makes your online transactions with them more rewarding by letting you earn GrabReward points for every purchase of their services. A more exciting GrabRewards program has been created for avid users of the Grab App, different membership categories depending on your points from Member, Silver, Gold to Platinum members. A certain point must be obtained for every category to enjoy exclusive deals.

GrabGifts

GrabGifts is a gift in itself. This App helps make someone’s day extra special with the help of GrabGifts’ service. You can choose your gift type such as a Ride, Food, Mart or Express with a gift card and personalized message.
