KPTOGO or KPTOGO Gift Card 

ML allows customers to purchase a scratch card to send money at any time and anywhere using a cell phone. The scratch card is available in two denominations: P500 & P1,000.  

Activation Steps:

1. Scratch the part where the CARD I.D and PIN numbers are printed.
2. To send using the KP-TO-GO Card, just text MLKP SEND card I.D/pin/recipient last name/recipient first name/recipient middle name (optional), send to 0922-999-2102.
3. Wait for the text confirmation that the transaction was completed. Then, the return text will indicate your KPTN (Kwarta Padala Transaction Number).
4. Advise the receiver to pick up the money at any M Lhuillier Branch. The receiver should bring a valid ID for identification and submit KPTN to claim the money.

ML Wallet

ML Wallet is a digital wallet launched in 2017 and has made it possible for their customers to transact with ML as if they are in one of their branches. The services available with ML Wallet are:

How to Make Insurance Claims

1. The claimant shall report the incident at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide. In addition, FLA shall notify ISPD of the incident.
2. Notice of insurance claim should be made within thirty (30) days after the date of the accident to avoid denial of the claim.
3. ISPD will provide a list of requirements to the branch for the claimant’s completion.
4. Once the claimant completes the requirements, the case will undergo evaluation and investigation.
5. If there is no additional requirement and the case has been evaluated and approved, check payment will be processed for the rightful beneficiary.

ML Diamond Card

Customers will be able to earn reward points every time they use the ML Diamond Card for every transaction through ML Kwarta Padala, Quick Cash Loans, and Jewellers. This card will also help customers make more savings each time they use the card. 

Membership Requirements

• Open to all ML customers aged 18 and above.
• To apply for an ML Diamond Card, customers must accomplish the following requirements:
  • Duly completed Know-Your-Customer (KYC) form
