    KKB comes from the Filipino term Kanya Kanyang Bayad. Friends have the option of splitting bills payment. Under KKB, the user can create a request and provide details such as the KKB name, category (activities, entertainment, family, food, friends, gift, shopping, transportation, travel, or utilities), the due date of payment, to split the payment equally or by item, and then add the gcash number of the friend you wish to split the bill with.

    I cashed in, but I entered the wrong number. What should I do?

    Note that based on GCash’s policy, wrong cash-in reversal requests will not be accommodated if the receiver is not a GCash user, or if only one digit is wrong and the wrong receiver has not used or withdrawn the money.

    Submit a ticket for reversal requests and include the following details:

    • GCash Mobile Number
    • Correct Recipient Number
    • Wrong Recipient Number
    • Amount
