Requirements

  1. Filled out PSBank Personal Loans application form
  2. Photocopy of one (1) valid identification card. Either a company ID, PRC, SSS, GSIS, Driver’s License, Firearms License, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, TIN, Passport, or NBI Clearance
  3. For employed applicants: a photocopy of BIR form 2316 or form 2306.
  4. For self-employed applicants: a photocopy of BIR form 1701 and Auditor’s Report and Financial Statement with BIR stamp.
  5. For credit card holders: original copy of the existing credit card bill statement which indicates that the client is the principal cardholder.
