Existing Home Credit Customers can apply for a Cash Loan through three different methods: via the Home Credit App, via Telesales, or through Partner Stores. 

Home Credit App

Home Credit App is available for download in Google Play for Android users. Once downloaded, one can directly sign up and register their account by providing the required personal information and then proceeding to the cash loan application.   

Telesales

Borrowers can call their customer representatives and apply over the phone through their hotlines or toll-free numbers at (02) 7753 5711 (Globe) or (02) 8424 6611 (PLDT). A credit evaluation will be conducted at the time of the call. Within 24 hours, the borrower will be informed of the status of their loan application. 

Apply at Partnered Stores

Home Credit has more than 700 partnered stores nationwide. Borrowers can search for an available store near them using the “store locator” available on the Home Credit website. A personal loan application can be completed with the sales associate available at every Home Credit partner store.
